Such type of Training should arrange for Hydro power stations.

This is an excellent experience to have such training. Vehicle for emergency travel should always be there and ambulance like vehicle should be there for training staff. Maximum Mahagenco officers /experts shall be invited for giving training. They have more practical approach. Regarding rooms, brush, paste , soaps, hand wash, bedding suitable for officers cadre . Rest is fine arrangement. Food is excellent and training officers/ staff is very co operative and soft nature .

Effectiveness to mahagenco should be focused. Some Faculties quoted only Env laws and its effectiveness was not elaborated and measures to follow them was not be highlighted.

Faculties must be an Interactive There is a scope for improvement in room facility

Include more practical Based testing and analysis, instrument handling like stack,, AAQ monitoring used in TPS.

Training should not be so much irritating, lenghty and repetitive topics NTC staff should be given proper thaining first. NTC staff do no show any responsibility, no management,no skills There no option lower than average hence I have selected average otherwise actually it was not upto average also

Hostel facility can be improve, sessions can be more interesting.

Topic on tree plantation inclusion is must. Effective utilization of energy, water and other natural resources wood, minerals to be included, ways to recycle it or avoid / minimize its use.

It is requested to stick up with motive of training so that repetative lectures can be avoided

Explaining the course study in marathi language to better understand the concept.Also practical practice should more than rhetorical part with discussion. projector must have from backside no clear vision.

Training was very good no any suggestion

Please arrange ample drinking water facility at 2nd floor. Screen for PPT presentations may be larger than the present one in order to get clear visibility of the slides, which is somewhat not clearly visible from long distance with present one.

Course is very good. More practical approach is necessary on site difficulties to improve the environment.

Screen should be large.

Environmental traininhs should be arranged regularly to all employees for better awareness.

We have visited Ashwmedh lab during training session. I was expecting some demonstration of the instruments such as ICP-MS since these instruments are new to us so that we can use the same in future. Practical demonstration of stack monitoring if done will be much helpful for understanding the concept.
